We're building enterprise-grade operational software for the maritime and field industries. That means we need people who bring real expertise — not just potential. You either know how field operations actually run, or you know how to build serious software. Ideally both.
- Deep domain knowledge in maritime, field operations, or industrial logistics — or expert-level engineering skills
- People who've worked in the environments Signal is built for — not just read about them
- Builders who take ownership and move without being told what to do next
- A bias toward practical solutions over theoretical ones
- No room for passengers — everyone here carries weight
What we are looking for.
You'll own features end-to-end — from architecture decisions to what ships. We build in Flutter. You need to be the kind of engineer who has strong opinions about how things should work and the skill to back them up.
- 3+ years building production mobile or cross-platform applications
- Experience with Flutter or willingness to go deep on it fast
- Strong understanding of state management, APIs, and real-time data
- Bonus: experience in operational software, logistics, or field tech
- You ship. Not just build — you ship.
Signal's intelligence layer is core to the product — predictive analytics, LLM-powered suggestions, employee performance modeling. You'll build the systems that turn raw operational data into decisions that matter.
- Strong background in machine learning, predictive analytics, or LLM integration
- Experience building AI features in production environments — not just research
- Comfort working with structured operational data and time-series patterns
- Understanding of how AI should augment human decision-making, not replace it
- Bonus: experience in safety-critical or compliance-heavy industries
You've worked in the field. You know how maritime operations, dispatch, or industrial logistics actually run — not from a manual, but from experience. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our product, making sure Signal gets implemented right and improved based on what you see on the ground.
- Hands-on experience in maritime operations, tankerman dispatch, or similar field roles
- Ability to translate operational pain into product feedback the dev team can act on
- Comfortable working directly with customers during onboarding and implementation
- Strong communicator — you'll be the face of Signal in the field
- Tech-comfortable — you don't need to code, but you can't be afraid of software
